Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to ensure AI technologies are developed and implemented in a manner that respects ethical standards and complies with relevant regulations. The position includes fostering collaboration across various departments to promote responsible AI practices and advocating for the adoption of ethical AI frameworks throughout the organization. The role demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to align AI projects with organizational values and societal expectations, ensuring transparency and accountability in AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI principles into project workflows and deliverables.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding of responsible AI practices.
- Monitor and evaluate AI deployments to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Experience with cloud-based AI service deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical AI principles.
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions that incorporate fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI ethics into diverse project environments.
- Competence in monitoring AI system performance and mitigating risks associated with AI bias and misuse.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
