Job Description:

We Are Hiring Branch Manager (LAP) In Bharuch.

Job Title: Branch Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Bharuch, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the LAP sales team and ensure achievement of branch targets.

Source recent LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels.

Drive high-quality credit proposals with adherence to policy guidelines.

Monitor disbursement, collection, and portfolio health of the LAP segment.

Guide and train team members on product, process, and market trends.

Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit norms, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and collections teams for smooth file processing.

Required Skills & Experience:





Minimum 5-7 years of experience in LAP / secured lending, with at least 2 years in a team-leading or branch manager role.

Strong knowledge of the local market (Bharuch and nearby areas).

Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.

Good understanding of credit underwriting and property legal documentation.

Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Management.

Experience working with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance companies.
