Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Facility Management, and Hospitality Services within a construction or real estate development environment. The role ensures seamless client engagement, high satisfaction, and smooth post-handover services.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Serve as the primary contact between clients and the project team throughout the construction lifecycle.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

- Manage client walkthroughs, handovers, and after-sales services.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated client data.

Facility & Hospitality Management

- Oversee facility operations to ensure uptime, safety, and service quality.

- Manage hospitality services during client visits, walkthroughs, or events.

- Ensure compliance with brand and service standards across all client touchpoints.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management, preferably in construction or real estate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software.

- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

- Skilled demeanor and client-centric approach.
