Job Description:

Plan & ensure Revenue Plan & deliver as per timelines for all the projects assigned
 Ownership for assigned Projects including its financial performance
 Ensure contractual obligations are met & work certifications are achieved on time
 Ensure proper risk management plan is prepared & executed to achieve positive gross margin deviations

Responsible for ensuring proper support is given to the growth initiative of company YOY (Year on Year) in terms of revenue numbers and acquiring current customers and business opportunities
 Effectively leads the implementation of productivity enhancing process changes related to project delivery
 Controls cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective processes

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Structural, and related, building systems, design standards and building program templates
 Hydrological analysis and water way calculation for bridges and selection of bridges span and type of bridges
 Assisting Design Manager in civil structural designs




 Preparation of general arrangement structural drawings as well as Detailed Design of RCC & steel structures (Sub structure & Superstructure of bridges) as per IRS and IRC
 Coordination & discussion with consultant / client / authorities to get approval of design and drawings according to requirements of project standards
 Excellence in conducting quantity estimation / BOQ of the structures including feasibility studies, assessment of the requirements, interface and commissioning.
 Serve as primary technical Structural SME for design reviews of multiple building program templates and site-specific designs
 Lead review and response to program-wide structural Requests for Information (RFIs)
 Demonstrate proficiency in the design and detailing of structural systems with a clear understanding of the impacts of structural design on adjacent components and systems
 Takes complete ownership, ensuring multiple design programs and several in-flight construction projects are supported
