Job Summary: Good Knoweldge and Experience in given skill set - Investment operations related : TLC, Corporate actions, Derivative, Collateral management, Trade settlement , Reconciliation and experience in given tools or similar to it : Clearwater, BBG, Aladdin, TLM.

Required Experience:

- Trade Processing & Corporate Actions - Security Master File recon, Trade reconciliation and posting, Liaison with broker and bank for allocations and settlements; process corporate actions as per type and instruct bank accordingly.
- Derivative Margin Call & Payments - Reconcile and process daily derivative margin calls, Monitor securities movement on the bank website and update payment instructions as per contract maturity including monitoring of settlements.
- Investment Pricing and Reporting - Reconcile and report prices for each security to portfolio managers for approval
- Private Placement, Private Equities, Tax Credits - Comprehend related documents and record the transaction in relevant system, instruct at bank and monitor funding
- NAIC Reporting & Filling




- Month/quarter end reporting for securities and derivatives (stakeholders: CIO/Investment Acc team/Asset Liability Mgt Team/Portfolio managers)
- Documentation maintenance, handle audit requests

Desired Qualification/ Skills:

- Accounting Graduate/MBA Finance with 2+ years of experience in Investment Operations and related areas
- Thorough understanding of financial instruments (Fixed income securities, Derivatives, Private Equity, Corporate Actions, Private Placements etc..)
- Exposure to global securities markets is must.
- Understands settlement cycle and importance of timelines
- Should have knowledge about trade life cycle, role of front office, middle office and back office.
- Working knowledge on Trading and Investment systems (Bloomberg, PAM/PFI, Clearwater) is preferable.
- An eye for detail, Good analytical skills, Fast learner, Computer navigation and excellent MS Excel skills
- Comprehension skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents
- Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments (stakeholders, brokers, custodians etc..)
- Ability to multi task and handle adverse situations in a skilled and calm manner.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA Finance, Any certification in Financial Instruments, Investment Banking, CFA, CPA drop outs are preferred.
- Valid Passport is mandatory.
