ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Post-graduation in Finance (full time) /CA/CS and NISM Certified

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

1. Post-graduation in Finance and understanding of Equity Capital Markets

2. Minimum of 3-7 years’ work experience in ECM Execution role

SKILLS AND TRAITS

1. Team player

2. Valuable Knowledge of Preparation of Financial Modelling based on Valuation.
3. Good Understanding of SEBI Regulations and Company’s Act

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Advise the client about various equity raising options (IPO, Rights Issue, QIP, Buyback, FPO, Delisting etc.) depending on their business needs and risk appetite
2. Responsible for complete due diligence exercise for IPOs / Rights Issues, Takeovers / Buy Backs etc.
3.



Liaison with various intermediaries like other Merchant Bankers, Advertising Agencies, Registrars to the Issues / Offer, Brokers, Banks etc.
4. Handle the Due diligence of the Issuer companies viz. Business due diligence, Financial due diligence and Legal due diligence.
5. Co-ordinate with research team with respect to valuations, research reports etc.
6. Liaison with regulatory authorities (SEBI) and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE)
7. Facilitate Private equity placements
8. Support in preparation of investor pitch related materials and other resources for the Organization
9. Co-ordination & Overseeing drafting of agreements.
