Job Description:

Job Title: Plant Head/Project Manager – Pharma Manufacturing (EU GMP Compliant)
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: Jalandhar , Punjab

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to help setup our new pharmaceutical unit and lead end-to-end operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in pharma production, with solid expertise in EU GMP compliance and plant operations along with greenfield project management.

Responsibilities include, procurement, machinery, drawing approvals, overseeing production and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. The role demands effective planning and execution of greenfield pharmaceutical projects, aligning production schedules, managing equipment and utilities, and driving operational excellence in line with international regulatory standards.



The candidate will ensure all processes adhere to EU GMP, and lead preparations for audits and inspections.

The Plant Head, after completion of project will work closely with cross-functional teams such as QA/QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and should be capable of mentoring large teams, resolving operational challenges, and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. or equivalent

Minimum 15 years in pharma manufacturing, including leadership roles

Strong understanding of EU GMP, technical drawings, and plant equipment

Excellent leadership, planning, implementing and problem-solving skills

This is a strategic leadership position with a focus on quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
