Job Description: Job Title: Technical Lead – Quality

Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 6 to 7 years
Salary: ₹10 – ₹15 LPA (Based on experience and capability)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise quality control and quality assurance operations across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

- Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs, and GMP guidelines specific to the cosmetics industry

- Monitor product quality metrics and perform root cause analysis and CAPA for deviations or non-conformances

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure product and process compliance

- Ensure documentation and audits (internal & external) are maintained as per ISO/GMP/ regulatory standards

- Drive continual improvement initiatives in product quality and customer satisfaction

- Train and mentor quality team members to build technical capabilities





- Liaise with suppliers for material quality-related issues and improvements

Qualifications:

- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, Biotechnology or related field

- Experience: Minimum 6 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing industry

- Preferred Certifications: Knowledge of ISO 22716, GMP, GLP, or any quality certifications related to cosmetics

Key Competencies:

- Robust analytical and decision-making skills

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the cosmetics/personal care sector

- Hands-on experience with QC instruments, product testing, and documentation

- Team management and cross-functional coordination

- Excellent communication and report writing skills
