Qualification: MSW, Post Graduate in Education Management or other relevant stream

Key Result Areas (KRAs) for program coordinator - Vidyaa Project:
Strategic Program Leadership:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Vidyaa Project in alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
● Provide visionary leadership to ensure the successful implementation of education initiatives.

Team Management and Development:
● Effectively lead and manage the education team, providing guidance and support to Project Officers.
● Facilitate career development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Program Planning and Execution:
● Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all education programs within Navsari and Dang districts.
● Ensure program activities are in line with project objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
● Foster strong relationships with school principals, educational institutions, government officials, and other stakeholders.
● Collaborate with external partners to enhance the effectiveness and reach of education programs.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
● Implement mechanisms for continuous improvement in educational processes and outcomes.
● Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of education delivery.

Resource Management:
● Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources, including budget management, to maximize the impact of education programs.
● Ensure efficient utilization of human resources and educational materials.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
● Establish robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress of education programs.
● Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.

Policy Advocacy and Representation:




● Advocate for educational policies that align with the Vidyaa Project's goals.

● Represent the project in relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to raise awareness and build partnerships.

Community Engagement and Impact:
● Oversee community engagement activities to ensure the positive impact of education programs on the target communities.
● Establish feedback mechanisms to assess the satisfaction and needs of beneficiaries.

Reports and Documentation:
● Ensure accurate and timely reporting on all education activities to higher management and relevant stakeholders.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation of program achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

Adherence to Compliance and Standards:
● Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards, guidelines, and legal requirements.
● Implement and monitor policies to uphold ethical and professional standards within the education team.

Innovation and Pilot Projects:
● Foster innovation in education by initiating and overseeing pilot projects aimed at improving learning outcomes.
● Encourage a culture of creativity and adaptability within the education team.

Capacity Building:
● Identify opportunities for capacity building within the education team and implement training programs to enhance their skills.
● Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Communication and Collaboration with Program officer:
● Maintain open and effective communication with the program officer, providing guidance and support as needed.
● Collaborate closely with the program officer to address challenges andensure the successful execution of education initiatives.

Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Develop and monitor KPIs related to education program outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
● Regularly review and assess the achievement of KPIs, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
