Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Test food and drink samples in the laboratory
- Check food for quality, safety, and purity
- Identify adulteration, contaminants, and harmful chemicals
- Use lab instruments to analyze food samples
- Follow standard testing methods and safety rules
- Record test results clearly and accurately
- Prepare test reports and share results with the team
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory
- Follow food laws and regulations (like FSSAI guidelines)
- Take care of laboratory equipment and chemical
Skills Needed
- Basic knowledge of food testing
- Ability to work carefully and accurately
- Good observation and record-keeping skills
- Understanding of food safety rules
