We are looking for a Production Executive with hands-on experience in API manufacturing to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring batch operations run smoothly, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor day-to-day production operations, including batch charging, equipment handling, and process monitoring.

- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and safety protocols during manufacturing activities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, maintenance, warehouse) for seamless batch execution.

- Maintain accurate and timely production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and other documentation.

- Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or issues during batch production.

- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in API production operations

- Sound knowledge of GMP, batch process flow, and safety compliance in a regulated workplace
