Job Description:

Job Title: Network Admin L2
Location: Siliguri

Job Responsibilities:

1. In depth & practical knowledge in Routing, Switching, Topologies & Protocols
2. Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting &; Maintenance of Switch, Router & Network connectivity Security Devices (FW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, NIPS, ADC, LLB, Anti-APT etc.)
3. Experience in planning, Installation, re-installation & configuration of different types of Networking devices at Customer Premise/DC
4. Experience in Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Fixing of the Network at Customer Premise/DC.
5. Experience in NMS for Planning and Preparation of detailed report for SLA management
6. Experience in Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of Network infrastructure installed at
7.



Customer Premises.
8. Experience in OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting of Networking Devices
9. Experience in OEM coordination for call logging & replacement of faulty Devices
10. Cooperative approach with cross-functional teams to faciliate seamless operations
11. Co-ordination skill with customer &stakeholders; for any network related issue and providing suggestion/solution.

Qualifications:

1. 3 years Working experience in LAN & WAN
2. Educational qualifications: B.E or MCA or Diploma Eng or B.Sc.
