Job Description: Job Title: Plant Head

Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Salary: ₹12 – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience & capability

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations including production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, engineering, and safety.

- Monitor production KPIs to ensure delivery, quality, and cost goals are consistently met.

- Drive GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance across all departments.

- Ensure effective resource utilization – manpower, raw materials, machinery, and utilities.

- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination between production, QA/QC, R&D;, and logistics.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Mentor and build leadership capability within the plant team.

- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, cost control, and capacity expansion.

Qualifications:

- Education:



B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
(Candidates with an MBA in Operations/Management preferred)

- Experience: 15–20 years in plant operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, or personal care manufacturing.

- Skills: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, BIS), operational leadership, and team building.
