Job Description: As an Electrical Shift Incharge for a Ferro-Alloys plant, you'll oversee and direct electrical activities during your shift, ensuring smooth operation, adhering to safety standards, and managing resources effectively, while maintaining quality and production targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Production Oversight: Supervise and monitor all electrical aspects of the ferro-alloy production process during your shift, ensuring equipment functions optimally.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a secure working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures related to electrical equipment and processes.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve electrical issues or malfunctions that arise during your shift, potentially requiring troubleshooting and quick repairs or equipment shutdowns to prevent serious issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure long-term reliability.
- Production Scheduling and Efficiency: Ensure smooth operation of electrical system and coordinate with other shift incharge to ensure optimal production.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and shift personnel to maintain a smooth and effective operational flow.




- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents that may occur.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior electrical personnel, ensuring they are trained and perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining the quality of ferro-alloys by ensuring proper operation of electrical processes that influence the alloy composition or processing.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and processes used in ferro-alloy production.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical problems quickly and efficiently.
