Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of HVAC Project Engineer for a reputed Company in HVAC Industry for their Mumbai(Mahim West) Office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise HVAC project execution at various sites, including VRF systems, ducting, piping, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare detailed execution plans and ensure projects are implemented as per design specifications and timelines.
- Regularly update management on site progress, risks, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workforce for smooth site operations.
- Read, interpret, and work according to HVAC layout drawings and project specifications.
- Engage and coordinate with architects, consultants, customers, and project management companies (PMCs).
- Ensure timely and accurate site measurements for certification and billing purposes.
- Estimate manpower requirements and plan daily workforce deployment accordingly.




- Maintain project documentation and support the invoicing process with proper certifications.

Education as well any software skills needed:

- Mechanical Engineering / ITI (Refrigeration/ air conditioning)
- Experience in HVAC project execution in Mumbai or similar metro markets. Client and vendor dealings
- Proficiency in ducting, piping layouts, VRF system installation, AHUs, and ventilation system integration.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC project drawings and specifications.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project reporting and documentation processes.

No. of Days and Working timing: Mon to Sat / 9.30 am to 5.30pm
