Job Description:

- Explore and identify tenders, RFQs, and upcoming infrastructure projects in transportation sector.

Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities across government and private sectors.

- Establish and maintain robust working relationships with government departments (e.g., Indian Railways, NHAI, State PWDs), consultants, EPC contractors, and private developers.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

- Coordinate with technical, design, and commercial teams to prepare and submit EOIs, RFPs, bids, and tenders.

- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual terms.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Assist in defining short- and long-term strategic business plans for the rail and bridge segment.

Work closely with internal engineering, estimation,



and project management teams to ensure client needs are met

Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets as per business objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field. Consulting background is a must. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development/sales in the infrastructure/rail/bridge sector.

- In-depth knowledge of tendering process, government procurement systems, and project lifecycle.

- Strong network within Indian Railways, Metro Rail, NHAI, consultants, and contractors.
