Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Overview: We are seeking skilled professionals that will be responsible for ensuring that digital products meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience for all users. This role involves performing manual testing, validating WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance, identifying accessibility gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
- Lead accessibility testing to ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance.
- Collaborate with development, design, and product teams to address accessibility issues.
- Perform functional, regression, usability,



and cross-browser testing.
- Document and track defects through resolution.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best QA and accessibility practices.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual testing.
- Solid expertise in Accessibility Testing and WCAG Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with tools like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Axe, and WAVE.
- Solid foundation in manual testing and test case documentation.
- Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
