Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and lead our sales efforts across accounting, CFO, and tax advisory services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding the client base, and working closely with operations and service teams to deliver exceptional customer value.
NOTE: This is a work from office (Hyderabad) role, working in US Shift timings (8:00PM to 5:00AM)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (SMBs, start-ups, self-employed)
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
Conduct presentations and proposals for prospective clients
Close deals and on-board clients with accounting, tax, and CFO services
Collaborate with service teams to align sales offerings with client needs
Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts,
and report results to leadership
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with professional services or B2B sales preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
Analytical mind-set and ability to interpret sales data
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with consultative sales approach
Qualifications
2-4 years of sales experience (Professional services preference)
