Job Description Reels Video Editor (Beginners only - 1–3 years experience)
n Versova, Mumbai
n We're a Mumbai-based design and brand strategy studio working with a growing roster of design-led brands. We're hiring a Reels video editor to own execution across Reels, campaign films, and social content. We care about the work. We want someone who can read a brand and edit for it, not just cut footage to a beat.
n Note: This role is for beginners only - applicants with 1–3 years of experience. Please do not apply if you're more senior.
n What you'll do
n n Edit Reels and short-form video across a mix of consumer and lifestyle brands
n Build motion graphics and animated typography that hold their own on the feed
n Cut campaign films, founder content, and product stories
n Work closely with the founder on visual direction, pacing, and brand consistency
n n Who we're looking for




n n A degree in design, film, animation, or a related field (NID, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl, IIAD, SRFTI, Whistling Woods, or equivalent) preferred
n Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
n A real portfolio of motion graphics work — kinetic type, transitions, animated elements
n An eye for pacing, sound design, and visual hierarch
n 1–3 years of experience — attitude and taste matter more than years
n n Nice to have
n Colour grading chops, sound design instincts, basic 3D or Blender exposure.
n The setup
n Full-time, based in Versova with flexibility to WFH. Small team, room to figure things out on your own, real ownership over what goes out.
