Senior Product Analyst - Workday

The TJX Companies, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. and the world is looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Workday) to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Delivery team which is responsible for software and systems that support TJX’s world-class Global Human Resources and Payroll organizations. This role will support the team that designs, configures, and delivers the Global Workday Human Capital Management solution.

Job Description





What you’ll do
- Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations
- Leads functional feature discovery efforts for Core HR
- Analyzes complex business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques
- Coordinates functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation
- Maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with, and solid understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
- 2+ years’ experience working on a large, global platform of Workday HCM with Core HR focus
- Experience with Workday Reports
- Hands on configuration experience with Workday busine
