Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure productive workflow and productivity

Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in compliance with company policies

Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards

Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure performance goals are met

Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed

Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review

Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices

Ensure proper inventory control of raw materials and finished products

Collaborate with planning, logistics, and other departments to optimize production flow

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)

3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of production machinery and processes

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
