Description
Responsible for Maintaining and Management of Manage Engine Endpoint Central. Patching, software installations of endpoints and management of endpoints at Manage Engine. Handling of Incidents, problems and requests at Manage Engine Endpoint Central.

Responsibilities
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Manage patching processes for OS and applications for endpoints and servers.
- Coordinate software distribution and updates.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Synchronize ManageEngine assets with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Enforce security policies to protect endpoints, servers and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on device status and compliance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
Min Experience: 5 years
Max Experience: 7 years
