Job Description:

An Export Sales Executive drives international revenue by developing global sales strategies, identifying new markets, managing overseas client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations, while coordinating logistics for timely product delivery, often involving travel for trade shows and market research. Key responsibilities include market analysis, building customer rapport, meeting sales targets, and working with internal teams like logistics and marketing for seamless order fulfillment, handling documentation and customs clearance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Market Development: Formulate and implement international sales strategies, research new markets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners

- Sales & Negotiation: Generate leads, create proposals, negotiate terms, close deals, and meet sales targets.




- Compliance & Logistics: Understand and ensure adherence to international trade regulations, coordinate with logistics/freight forwarders for smooth shipments, and manage documentation (invoices, LC, packing lists).
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Promotional Activities: Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in international sales or export operations.
- Skills: Solid communication (written & verbal), negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of export documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and international trade laws.
