• Coordinate with other departments, such as sourcing, logistics, and quality control, to ensure
smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Supervise and train production staff, including machine operators, sewing technicians, and
production supervisors, to ensure adherence to production standards and safety procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that finished products meet
customer specifications and industry standards.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste and optimize
production efficiency.
• Monitor production budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
