*Location:* India
*Experience:* 6-12 years
*Education:* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or Polymers
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the carbon pultrusion manufacturing process to deliver top-tier quality and productivity.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of carbon pultrusion wind spar cap products and CFRP composite processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality and qualification standards for wind spar cap products.




- Proficiently apply the *APQP4Wind framework* and *SAP inventory management*.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and creative thinking in tackling production challenges.

Gurit India, TPI Composites India, Vestas India, LM Wind, Nordex Wind, Indore Composites, Boeing India, L&T; Composites, TATA
