Qualification

• MS / DNB / DO Ophthalmology

• Long-Term Fellowship in Cornea or Paediatric Ophthalmology (as applicable)

• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 Years of experience after completion of Long-Term Fellowship

• Candidates should be capable of independently managing OPD, surgeries, and specialty cases

---

Salary

? ₹4 Lakhs per Month + Performance Incentives

---

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic consultations and specialty OPD

• Independently manage Cornea or Paediatric Ophthalmology services

• Perform specialty surgeries as per fellowship training

• Diagnose and manage complex ophthalmic disorders

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care

• Coordinate with Optometrists,



OT staff, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure NABH-compliant practices

• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach programs

Skills Required

• Strong clinical and surgical expertise in the respective subspecialty

• Ability to independently handle specialty surgical cases

• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills

• Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach

• Leadership and team collaboration abilities
