Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive execution of operational strategies across delivery centers to meet customer expectations and organizational goals.

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business growth, strategic direction, and operational planning.

Lead global operations to consistently achieve or exceed P&L; targets, ensuring financial and service delivery excellence.

Champion digital transformation by integrating breakthrough technologies (e.g., RPA) into existing workflows.

Provide leadership across large, multi-location teams, fostering inclusion and cultural alignment.

Establish mechanisms to identify performance gaps and breakthroughs; implement improvement plans
