The Role
As a Partner Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the performance of our partner facilities across regions. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving partner issues, and helping drive quality, consistency, and scalability within our partner network.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output from partner facilities.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for partners, ensuring alignment with our standards.
- Conduct regular virtual check-ins and reviews to track progress, provide support, and reinforce expectations.




- Monitor KPIs and partner performance, ensuring operational targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Regional/Ops Associates) to support order processing flow, inventory management, and admin tasks.
- Resolve partner issues and manage escalations efficiently to avoid service disruptions.
- Lead monthly performance reviews with facilities, covering capacity, complaints, payments, quality, and audit outcomes.
- Identify training needs for new and existing partners and ensure performance standards are maintained.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and sourcing strategies.
