Overall Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level backend solutions using .NET Core technologies
- Lead the development and implementation of microservices and API integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver high-quality applications
- Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on system improvements
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices
- Mentor junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve backend systems

Software Requirements
- Extensive proficiency in C# and .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Robust knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API




- Experience with Entity Framework Core for data access
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and query optimization
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Version control proficiency (Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and automation tools
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus

Technical Skills (Category-wise)
Programming Languages:
- Required: C# (.NET Core 3.1+), JavaScript
- Preferred: TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Frameworks & Libraries:
- Required: ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core
- Preferred: Dapper, SignalR, Automapper

Databases & Data Management:
- Required: SQL Server, familiar with stored procedures, performance tuning
- Preferred: NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis cache
