.You will drive the business by searching for affordable housing projects. You will build our product & shape our culture

.You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the customers while complying with Home First's policies so you are the architect of our support system

.You will be a critical player in onboarding important stakeholders (builders and other channel partners), to create meaningful solutions for our customers

.You will be an anchor for HomeFirst by minimising risk through well-judged credit evaluations, you will have full autonomy & our trust

.You will be the Face of HomeFirst to its customers and have a great impact on their experience





.You will use your empathetic and jovial personality to communicate HomeFirst's culture by ensuring a positive experience that can change lives

.Your role would include establishing meaningful relationships with the customer by addressing their needs and effectively communicating the suitable product

.MBA/PGDM graduate, a fresher / with 1-2 years of experience

.Enjoy interacting with people and building strong relationships

.Hands-on experience with technology and numbers

.Driven to go out on the field and do the hard yards yourself
