n Arbor Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about guiding students toward the right educational opportunities. n Key Responsibilities :
n n Provide academic and career counseling to students for online degree and professional certification programs.
n Assess students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable courses.
n Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to drive enrollments.
n Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and financing options.
n Guide students throughout the admission process and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
n Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM tools.
n Achieve daily calling targets, counseling sessions,



and monthly enrollment goals.
n Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
n n Required Skills:
n n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
n Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
n Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
n Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
n Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
n n Eligibility:
n Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
n 6 months+ years of experience in Business Development, Admission Counseling, Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales.
