? Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Home Loan Executives with strong communication and sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling home loan leads, assisting customers throughout the loan journey, and converting quality leads into successful loan disbursements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle and convert Home Loan leads generated through internal channels

✅ Guide customers throughout the Home Loan application process

✅ Explain Home Loan products and recommend suitable solutions

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

✅ Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications





✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for documentation and status updates

✅ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

✅ Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly

? Candidate Profile:

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Robust sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills

✔️ Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / NBFC / Real Estate / PropTech preferred

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools and loan processing systems is an added advantage

✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused candidate
