Job Description We are looking for an experienced Internal Sailing Auditor & Trainer to join our HSEQ team.
n Role Overview :
n If you believe audits are not just about checklists but about people, behaviours, and learning, this role is for you.
n As an Auditor & Trainer he/she will sail with our vessels and impart training on board while engaging with ship staff and actively contribute to raising safety standards onboard.
n You'll play a visible, hands-on role—conducting audits, facilitating safety conversations, and converting findings into meaningful improvements.
n This is a frontline HSEQ role, where your sea experience, judgement, and communication skills will directly influence onboard safety culture.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, cargo, mooring audits, safety inspections
n Deliver onboard safety training to ship staff
n Assist in Right Ship, PSC inspection preparation
n Carry out incident investigations and follow-up actions where needed
n Conduct audits at company offices and third-party sites, when required
n Undertake additional HSEQ-related tasks as assigned by senior management
n n Eligibility & Experience
n n 1-2 years of sailing experience as Master Mariner

n n Maritime rules and regulations including ISM / ISPS / MLC
n SIRE 2.0
n Rightship RISQ 3.2
