n POSITION SUMMARY
n The Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loans will be responsible for Individual role to drive
n the acquisition of unsecured business loans. The role involves strategizing, sourcing, and
n managing a high-performing team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with company
n policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the
n SME/MSME lending landscape, solid leadership qualities, and the ability to develop business
n through both direct and channel sales.
n JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
n o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets.
n o Lead and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers.
n o Identify and develop new sourcing channels (DSAs, connectors, digital leads, etc.)




n o Drive business growth through client acquisition in the MSME segment.
n o Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions.
n o Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing and
n disbursements.
n o Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
n o Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
n o Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
n o Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
n EDUCATINAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
n o Any Graduate, MBA is an additional advantage
n o 3+ years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans or SME lending.
n o Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
n o Strong leadership and team management skills.
n o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n o Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
n o Knowledge of local markets and industry trends.
