n We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Mutual Fund Operations team.
n Ø Position: Junior Executive – Mutual Fund Operations
n Ø Company: Pinnacle Financial and Investments Services Pvt. Ltd.
n Ø Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra
n Ø Type: Full time – On site
n Ø Remuneration: 12,000–16,000/- p.m.
n Eligibility: Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field within the last one year, with valuable verbal and written communication skills.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
n Assisting with client onboarding and KYC documentation
n Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries
n Maintaining accurate records and updating client investment data
n Preparing transaction reports, portfolio summaries,



and MIS reports
n Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions
n Supporting compliance and documentation requirements
n Handling basic client communication via email and phone
n Monitoring SIP renewals, pending transactions, and follow-ups
n Assisting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks
n n Preferred Skills
n n Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products
n Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
n Good analytical and organizational skills
n Attention to detail and accuracy
n Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
