The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

n n tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
n .Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs
n .Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiency
n .Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
n n Inventory & Quality Contro
n n lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
n .Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygiene
n .Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepancies
n .Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements
n n Team Leadershi
n n pLead, train, and manage store associates, pickers, and packers
n .Prepare shift rosters and manpower plans
n .Track team performance and drive productivity improvements
n .Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence

fulfillment time, inventory accuracy, and productivity
n .Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
n .Maintain cleanliness, security, and operational readiness of the dark store

n n ts3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail, quick commerce, logistics, or dark store operation
n s.Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environmen

n s.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
