Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant with a strong technical background to join our internal SAP functional team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP FICO, particularly in customizing solutions to fit specific business needs. Experience in the dairy industry or familiarity with dairy operations is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional and technical specifications.

- Customize and configure the SAP FICO module, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) components, as per the specific needs of dairy operations.

- Develop and modify SAP FICO reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF-W).

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and implement custom solutions.

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO, troubleshooting issues, and performing technical debugging where necessary.





- Manage and execute SAP FICO upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Perform data migration and validation during system implementations or upgrades.

- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and external systems through IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.

- Conduct technical unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Train and support end-users on FICO functionalities, including custom-developed features.

Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, particularly in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.

- Robust understanding of SAP ABAP, including the ability to write and debug ABAP code.

- Experience with SAP Data Migration tools such as LSMW or SAP Data Services.

- Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques like User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Spots.

- Knowledge of SAP FICO integration points with other modules (MM, SD).

- Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports using SAP Query or Report Painter.
