Job Description:

Designation : Sales Coordinator – Mold

Engineering Diploma – Mechanical

*Female Candidate ( Age Group : 20/21 or above 30)

Location : Baroda

- Experience in Sales order documentation : minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial sales (Mechanical parts/ products)

- Well versed in business communication skills (verbal and written).

- Fluency in English is required

- Proficiency in Engineering drawing is a must.

*Added Advantage : Auto CAD, Solid Works, Solid Edge, Creo, Inventor

*Added Advantage ERP Knowledge/ Sales force

Detailed Work Profile:

1. Co-ordinating directly with customer on their requirements (existing / new) – Telephonic

2. Knowledge in preparing Sales documentations, such as Quotations, Proforma invoice, Sales order, Work Order, payment vouchers etc

3. Follow up with production team for on time delivery & Follow up with QC for ensuring positive quality products

4. Co-ordinate with logistics for Dispatch & maintaining dispatch execution sheet.

5. Telephonic follow up with customers for payment on outstanding.

6. Respond to customer complaints & maintaining complaining resolution data

7. Generate reports for Sales data , Sales forecast, new orders in pipeline.
