Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and creative social media posts, stories, and campaigns for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, write captions, and maintain the brand voice across all content.

2. Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts to ensure consistent online presence.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.

3. Coordination with the Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing promotional ideas to maximize brand visibility.

4. Performance Tracking:




- Track key social media metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (freshers with solid portfolios are also welcome).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with the team.
