Job Description
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through market research and networking.Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients.
Relationship Management:Build robust, lasting relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions as per requirement. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Product Knowledge:Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analyse competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Winning back the lost business.




Sales Reporting:Keep clear communication of sales activities and client interactions. Provide periodic reports to management on sales performance and progress against targets.
Training and Development:Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Collaboration:Collaborate with service department to ensure a seamless client services.
Negotiation and Closing: Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients. Close deals by effectively addressing client concerns and objections.

Personal skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Salesman or relevant role
Energetic, Smart, Active and interactive enough with sufficient knowledge
Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Excellent selling, and negotiation skills - Effective oral and written communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills - Positive Attitude towards solving customers complaints
