Job Description:

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at one of our Leading Prop Tech Company at Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur) location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.
- Complete incharge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off
- Must have handled a minimum 10 Member team
- Plan and monitor cash flows of the company.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.
- Streamlining of processes to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.




- Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision making.
- Fund Raising

Experience- Minimum 15 Years Of Finance Experience and worked for the Company with more than 1000+ employees

Candidates Profile :

- CA with Minimum 15 years of experience and worked for the Company with more than 1000+ employees
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in a high growth workplace and deliver results.
- Reporting to CEO /COO
- A Chartered Accountant with a Real Estate background would be Preferred.
