GM- Strategic Initiatives & Product Marketing

- Drive marketing strategies for focused markets with focused products.
- Drive seller acquisition program across channels
- Drive top 3 strategic pillars laid out for the FY

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the focused market &product; marketing strategy to achieve product, project and ultimately customer success.
- Lead cross-functional teams with respect to existing product marketing and to device segmented marketing plans across channels.
- Lead seller acquisition across channels, work closely with sales leaders and business planners to create roadmaps. Identify industry best practices, devise current strategies, continuously monitor and update stake holders.
- Maintain high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Drive and own the top 3 strategic pillars for the company as per the agreed AOP with the management.
- We expect the following things from you




- A minimum of 10+ years of solid product marketing experience (BFSI industry a plus)
- Ability to construct a roadmap, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion.
- End to End delivery – making phasing decisions, creating GTMs, analyzing post launch metrics and continuous iteration
- Data oriented approach – a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers. Solid grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage.

- What are we looking for?
- Post Graduate in marketing from Tier 1,2 B-school, willing to travel and has a natural knack towards consumer insights.
