Job Description:
Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Manufacturing & Finance
Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in manufacturing operations, finance, and accounting. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end financial management, cost analysis, compliance, and support decision-making for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Manufacturing Finance & Costing
- Prepare and analyze product costing, BOM costing, and variance reports.
- Monitor production costs, wastages, and budgeting for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct monthly cost audits and recommend improvements.
3. Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and support internal/external audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections.
4. Budgeting & MIS Reporting
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Generate monthly MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial dashboards.
- Support management in financial decision-making.
5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls.
- Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and finance processes.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and physical stock verification.
Key Skills Required:
- Qualified CA (mandatory).
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (must).
- Strong knowledge of costing, finance, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Certified by ICAI.
