Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to ensure the successful release and brand promotion. This position requires 5-10 years of experience in online and offline game publishing, with a strong familiarity with the gaming market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including market research, target audience analysis, brand positioning, and promotional plans.
- Research and understand trends, competitors, and audience demands in the gaming market to develop appropriate marketing strategies.
- Plan and organize marketing events, including trade shows, media activities, social media promotions, etc., to increase game awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the game release plan.
- Analyze market data and sales trends, provide market insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and sales performance.
- Manage the marketing budget,



ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of expected marketing objectives.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with media, communities, and partners to support game brand promotion and marketing activities.

- Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive successful project implementation.
- Having branding and marketing experience in real money gaming industry.
