Job Description: Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in production operations.

- Preferably in AdBlue, Water Treatment, or Chemical Industry.

- Joining: Immediate availability required.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production as per the plan.

- Ensure efficient utilization of plant, manpower, and resources.

- Manage stock of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM).

- Oversee QA processes and compliance (ISO / IATF / safety).

- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Drive process improvements (efficiency, cost reduction, waste minimization).

- Ensure safety norms, 5S, and housekeeping.

- Prepare reports and documentation.

- Support audits and training of staff.

Desired Skills





- Robust understanding of chemical/mechanical production processes.

- Familiar with AdBlue or chemical/water treatment.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Leadership and communication abilities.

- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
