About the Role

The client is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate should bring deep functional knowledge of Finance & Controlling modules, with proven end-to-end project delivery experience. Industry exposure to Oil & Gas will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support S/4HANA Finance implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure core FICO modules such as GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, etc.

- Perform integration testing with other modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Resolve functional issues during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.





- Prepare documentation—including FS, test scripts, and training materials.

- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for enhancements and custom developments.

Required Experience

- Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO experience.

- Mandatory: At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably including S/4HANA.

- Robust knowledge of financial processes such as GL accounting, financial close, asset accounting, cost center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.

- Good to have: Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
