Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate industry trends to position the company as a market leader.
- Ensure sustainable growth through innovative product offerings and services.

- Operational Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor project execution to meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive adoption of advanced prefabrication technologies and lean manufacturing practices.

- Business Development

- Expand the company’s market presence through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Lead business diversification initiatives to capture emerging opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Financial Oversight

- Set and achieve financial targets, including revenue growth and cost optimization.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in building materials, construction, or prefabricated solutions, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of prefabrication technologies, modular construction, and sustainable building practices.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
