Our index suite spans equity, sectoral, thematic, factor-based, fixed income, hybrid, and customised indices that anchor a wide spectrum of investment products—ETFs, mutual funds, derivatives, structured solutions, and sustainability-linked offerings—across NSE, NSE IFSC, SGX, and global platforms.

Developing benchmarking analytics for Alternative Investment Funds.

- Developing benchmarks and benchmarking analytics for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
- Lead the development and publishing of Standard and Custom Nifty Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Reports
- Responsible for managing existing and new data points for AIF database, liaising with AIFs to clarify their queries
- Calculating metrics (IRRs, multiples etc.), determining and calculating other relevant metrics to give clients greater insights going forward
- Publishing output and analysis in Standard reports
- Create custom reports for select AIF clients
- Getting required applications developed by working along with IT team and business team
- Benchmark Development: Number of benchmarks and benchmarking analytics developed for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)



within a set timeframe.
- Report Publishing: Timeliness and quality of Standard and Custom Nifty Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Reports published.
- Data Management: Accuracy and completeness of AIF database, with metrics such as data update frequency and query resolution rate.
- Metric Calculation: Accuracy and consistency of calculated metrics (e.g. IRRs, multiples) with minimal errors.
- Client Satisfaction: Feedback and satisfaction ratings from clients on the quality and relevance of standard and custom reports.

Internal Stakeholders - Technology, Data Ops, FnA, Compliance & Legal, BD,

External Stakeholders - AMC’s & ETF Issuers, Regulators, Brokers and Trading Members, Global Index and Data Vendors..

- MBA / PG Specialised / CA / CFA
- Passion for capital markets and understanding of Indian financial and securities markets
- Basic knowledge of domestic and global financial products specifically AIF products, market trends and requirements
- Solid Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Innovative and solution orientation. Open to new ideas and initiatives
- Ability to deliver quality output under stringent timelines with minimal supervision
- Result orientation, Strong Team Player
- Progression towards CFA/FRM is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Python is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Python is an added advantage
