Role: Sales Engineer (Agricultural Auto Steering & Land Levelling Systems)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Explore and target current markets in the agricultural segment
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and contractors
- Achieve sales targets and support business expansion
Technical Expertise & Demonstrations
- Showcase auto-steering and land-levelling systems to customers
- Guide them on product selection, installation, and effective usage
- Keep track of the latest precision agriculture technologies
Customer Support & Training
- Conduct product training sessions
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
- Coordinate with the service team for faster issue resolution
Skills Required:
- Understanding of precision farming tools (auto steering, land levelling)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving approach
- Self-driven and comfortable with extensive travel
- Knowledge of GPS systems, laser levelling, or agri-tech is a bonus
