Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Structural, and MEP Engineers.
• Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Integrate structural, MEP, HVAC, and fire systems within architectural designs.
• Manage sub-consultants, project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely, profitable delivery.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; conduct meetings to align on requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design and site teams.
• Ensure quality control, timely approvals, and compliance with authority regulations.
• Support site teams with design clarifications and technical input when needed.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiar with BIM tools.




• Solid knowledge of Green Building regulations and approval coordination.
• Experience in all project phases with detailed MEP and structural design coordination.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality, RTA, JAFZA, TECOM, TRAKHEES, DEWA, and Civil Defense
processes.

Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (master’s
preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design and project management, preferably within the
UAE or GCC region.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex structural projects.
